Full Job Description

·        Strong experience in hiring OPT/CPT candidates from Job portals, universities,

and networks, and a prior database of OPT candidates.

·        Strong convincing skills.

·        Recruiting US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B and TN visa holders, EADs.

·        Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is on-boarding.

·        Should possess good knowledge of various technologies in the market.

·        Need to have excellent knowledge of Tax terms like C2C, W2, and 1099.

·        Need to maintain a good relationship with team members as well as consultants.

·        Address the consulting needs of a major client account.

·        Maintaining a good database.

·        Knowledge of Top marketing Technologies

·        Experience working with Preferred Vendors and on layers models.

·        Must have vendor network.

·        Job Portal searches like Dice, Monster, career builder, Tech fetch, Indeed, LinkedIn,

iLabor, Job Diva, Email groups etc, and also other networking methods.

·        Capable of Coordinating technologies training

·        Excellent Communication Skills.
