Job Summary:

We are looking for a Java Full stack Trainer to join our team and provide training on Java full-stack development to aspiring software professionals. The Java Full stack Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering comprehensive Java full-stack training programs to our team, which include individuals and organizations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Java full-stack development, as well as excellent communication skills, and the ability to create engaging training materials.

Key Responsibilities:

-->Design and develop comprehensive Java full-stack training programs for individuals and organizations.

-->Deliver Java full-stack training sessions in-person or virtually.

-->Create and deliver engaging training materials, including presentations, exercises, and assessments.

-->Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of individuals.

-->Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure client satisfaction.

-->Stay up-to-date with the latest Java full-stack technologies, trends, and best practices.

-->Provide support needed to ensure successful implementation of Java full-stack solutions.

Requirements:

-->Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field.

-->At least 7 years of experience in Java full-stack development and training.

-->Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with team.

-->Strong presentation skills and experience in creating training materials.

-->Knowledge of current Java full-stack technologies, trends, and best practices.

-->Ability to customize training programs to meet individual needs.

-->Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

-->Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

-->Relevant certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional, Java EE 7 or similar is a plus.
