This is a full-time on-site role for a OTP Recruiter located in Hyderabad. The OPT Recruiter will be responsible for working with consultants with various backgrounds to identify their skillset, skill gaps, communication, screening candidates, time management, ability to communicate, sourcing skills . The OPT Recruiter will also be responsible for identifying new clients, building client relationships, and onboarding new consultants.

Ability to find and identify consultants through various sources such as job boards, social media, and networking events
