Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team at Kosma Tech Inc. in Hyderabad. This full-time position requires a professional with 7 to 10 years of experience in accounting. The ideal candidate will excel in financial reporting, tax preparation, and budgeting, and be adept in US accounting and payroll processes. The role demands strong proficiency in Excel and account reconciliation skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience in financial reporting to ensure accurate and timely financial statements are developed for stakeholders.
• Proficient in tax preparation, ensuring all tax filings are accurate, timely, and compliant with regulations.
• Strong capability in budgeting to assist in financial planning and maintaining proper cash flow management.
• Skilled in account reconciliation to maintain accounts and ensure the integrity of financial records.
• Expertise in financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and make informed financial recommendations.
• Advanced Excel proficiency for organizing, formatting, and analysing complex financial data effectively.
• Detailed knowledge of US accounting principles and practices to ensure compliance and precision in financial reports.
• Experience in US payroll to manage employee compensation, benefits, and US taxation processes effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage financial reports, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, timesheets and other key financial documents.
• Prepare taxes and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local filing requirements.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support business planning and financial health.
• Perform regular account reconciliations and ensure discrepancies are promptly reported and resolved.
• Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies, trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
• Manage US payroll, ensuring accurate payment to employees while adhering to tax regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments and provide financial insights to support decision-making processes.
• Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and standards to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Shift timings - 7 PM IST to 4 AM IST (should be flexible)

Joining - Immediate

Week off- Saturday & Sunday

Work location - Onsite (Kondapur - Hyderabad)
