Job Overview

Koshys Hospital - NABH Accredited is seeking a Telecaller to join our growing team. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients receive timely attention and excellent customer service. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India. We welcome freshers with less than 1 year of experience to apply.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively communicate medical information to patients
• Strong customer service orientation
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office
• Ability to work well in a team
• Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential patients to provide information about our services
• Answer incoming calls from patients and address their inquiries
• Schedule appointments for patients and maintain the appointment calendar
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of patient details and preferences
• Follow up with patients to gather feedback on their experience
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service
• Meet monthly targets for call volume and appointment scheduling
