Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team at Kosamattam Finance Ltd. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our branch in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India. Your primary goal will be to ensure smooth functioning of the branch, drive business growth, and provide exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with a mid-level experience requirement of 4 to 6 years.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar role in the financial services industry
• Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities
