JOB PURPOSE / JOB ROLE

·        Experience in Networking Support, Technical support, Troubleshooting, debugging, maintenance and any technical support in Wifi domain

·        Experience in WLC, Access point, Cisco ISE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DELIVERABLES

·        

Responsible to support the Day-to-Day Operations and ensure defined SLA has been met as agreed in the SOW.

Process knowledge on ITIL.

REQUIRED SKILL SETS (INCL. SOFT SKILLS)

·        CCNP Certifications preferred

·         CISCO Switches and routers Hands on experience

·        Good Knowledge in the Cisco Products link Cisco switches, routers, Prime Infrastructure, Identity Service Engine , WLC, Nexus etc.

·        Good knowledge or certificate on CISCO etc.

·         Cisco SD WAN , SD Access Knowledge , and Cisco DNA

·         Validation of Network diagram - LAN/WAN topology on Periodic Basis

·         Syslog analysis & Preparing Action Plan for Critical Alerts to Resolve the Issues

·        Analysis & Periodic Check of LAN/WAN traffic

·         Review of Network Device Hardening Mechanism On Periodic Basis

·        Configure and Troubleshooting routing protocols like IGRP, EIGRP and OSPF

·        Troubleshoot all static routing and dynamic routing (BGP,EIGRP,OSPF etc.) in enterprise network for high availability

·        Good Communication and Writing Skills

·        Problem Solving Skills

·        Quick learning of new Mgt Skills

·        Proactive and Progressive Mind set
