• 1 - 3 years in IT service delivery and handled multiple customer environments • Responsible for handling incidents and service request in day to day operation. • Good knowledge and experience in Network cabling . • Good knowledge and experience in passive Network components. • Good knowledge and experience in Testing & Crimping LAN cables. • Knowledge in LAN cabling projects. • Vendor coordination. • Responsible for getting work done by Vendor w.r.t new lan connection and preventive maintenance. • Stock maintanence. • Periodic Network Rack Health Checking & Updating the Status of the Rack to TL. • Basic network troubleshooting skill • Knowledge on cable standard and structure cabling
