· An MBA-HR candidate must have with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Infrastructure Management Services (IMS) Recruitment role.
· Good Communication in English, Hindi and Kannada.
· Sourcing, Recruiting, Screening, short listing resumes through various job portals and further validating through technical panels.
· Short listing the resumes based on the job descriptions. Roles & Responsibilities.
· Job Posting on job portals and Social Media.
· Expertise in implementation of various HR functions related to FMS resource on boarding, Induction, deployment, replacement and off-boarding processes.
· Preparing Offer Letter, Employment contract and Job descriptions, completing Joining formalities and Documentation.
· Maintaining employee's personal files and records.
· Tracking attendance, Maintaining Leave records. Preparation of attendance sheet timely for monthly salary processing.
· Preparing various letters like Offer letter, Appointment letter, Confirmation letter, Increment letter, Experience letter, Relieving letter etc.
· Implementing Employee engagement programs by initiating and administering welcome mail policy to all new joiners, Initiated regular Birthday mailers and Celebration policy.
· Responsible for overall FMS employee welfare and motivation.
