- b Description:- ➔ Strong foundation and in-depth technical knowledge in computer hardware (Desktop/Laptop/Printer), software and trouble-shooting, OS installation and maintenance, Application software support, Maintenance of mail (MS Outlook) & Antivirus updating. ➔ Proficiency in Windows 10 professional OS, Microsoft office 2016, Standard Applications Tally ERP 9 and Networking. ➔ Basic Knowledge on ADS, DNS, DHCP, RAID configuration. ➔ Provide first level support through phone for all end users including Remote sites ➔ Logging calls and Handlings Hardware and software problems & installation ➔ Handling of Asset management and vendor management Candidate Profile:- ➔ Should have bachelor’s degree ➔ 2-4 years of experience as a Desktop/ System engineer ➔ Experience in manufacturing industry is more preferred. Skill set and responsibilities: ➢ Set up, maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows (Win 10 AND office 2016) desktop, Laptops, Notebook computers. ➢ Install and Configure software for end users ➢ TALLY ERP 9 configurations & support ➢ Set up and configure printers, scanners and other peripherals. ➢ MS-Outlook configuring and trouble shooting ➢ Should have knowledge of Windows 2016 server, AD, DHCP and DNS. ➢ Hand on experience on server (Basic level) to coordinate with the vendor. ➢ Basic LAN (Network) troubleshooting knowledge. ➢ Regular health check of all Laptop and Desktop which includes MS-security patches and Antivirus update (Symantec End point) monitoring. ➢ Maintain inventory of all hardware and software license and parts. ➢ Follow up with vendors for all warranty and support packed assets and service. ➢ Maintain excellent communication with all end users and other members of the technology department.
