Set up, maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows (Win 10 AND office 2016) desktop, Laptops, Notebook computers. ➢ Install and Configure software for end users ➢ TALLY ERP 9 configurations & support ➢ Set up and configure printers, scanners and other peripherals. ➢ MS-Outlook configuring and trouble shooting ➢ Should have knowledge of Windows 2016 server, AD, DHCP and DNS. ➢ Hand on experience on server (Basic level) to coordinate with the vendor. ➢ Basic LAN (Network) troubleshooting knowledge
