·        An MBA candidate with 3+ years of experience in Infrastructure Management Services (IMS) Sales role.

·        Responsible for relationship management, account mining and generating new MS business.

·        Coordinate with sales executives & customers for Services Business for FMS, IMS, SLA based Managed Services, Helpdesk Services and IT Professional Services.

·        Gather requirements for staff augmentation projects from customers, identify and position suitable solutions for the requirements.

·        Negotiate and close contracts with support from legal, business, finance and other cross functional teams.

·        Preparing proposals for product and service renewals.

·        Coordinate for Vendor Registration documentation, Payment follow-ups with clients

·        Looking after Annual Maintenance Contract renewal.
