Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in telecalling and business development
• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
• Ability to understand client needs and propose effective solutions
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with the recruitment and staffing industry is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct telecalling to establish contact with MNC clients and potential leads
• Identify and understand the client's needs and requirements
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Promote and explain the services and solutions offered by Kontact Services
• Schedule meetings and follow-up with clients to discuss business opportunities
• Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate terms and conditions
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
