Job Description 

—As a Scrum Master, you have to facilitate clear communication to management and to the team. 

To be proactive in solving problems to help their team(s) success. The Scrum Master has to drive Agile and Lean frameworks that result in quality product delivery and continuous improvement. Responsible for removing impediments that hinder the team from reaching their goals and has a flexible approach that enables the team to rapidly respond to changes. 

To promote self-direction to work on relevant projects, while building an environment that provides support and mentorship needed to learn and grow.

—Responsibilities:

—1. Work with customers to get a clear understanding of requirements, create the scope of the project, create a delivery plan, sprint goals to monitor and track progress and ensure that the project is flawlessly executed.

—3. Setting deadlines, assign responsibilities to team members, monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.

—4. Work with internal teams such as Business analysts, Product development on a regular basis to understand the upcoming features in the product and the related deadline.

—5. Based on understanding of features in existing and future releases, manage the implementation scope by deciding the extent of necessary customization.

—6. Take feedback (bugs, new features, CRs) from customers to BA and Product development teams and ensure that they are properly addressed.

—8. Measure performance of project and resources using appropriate tools.

—9. Document delivery processes and continuously strive for enhancements in delivery.

—Technical Skills:

—· Highly proficient in PHP, MySQL & JSON

—· Very Sound Knowledge in CodeIgniter framework and exposure to Joomla, WordPress and Drupal.

—· Familiarity with linking of APIs, Transactional SMS, Payment Gateway & Others

—· Solid working knowledge of AJAX, XML, Angular JS and jQuery

—· Front-end technologies such as JavaScript, Jquery, HTML5, and CSS3

—· Knowledge & Experience in ERP type of projects

—Team Handling Experience: 5-6years in Agile or scrum methodology
