Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Integration Consultant to join our team. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with a leading US client on critical HR and payroll integration projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday integration, specifically with Payroll and Benefits, and a deep understanding of tools like Workday Studio, BIRT, and EIB.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Integration (PECI):
  • Design, develop, and implement Workday Payroll integrations, specifically using PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface).
  • Ensure seamless data flow between Workday and external payroll systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll integrations.
  • Benefits Integration:
  • Manage and execute Workday Benefits integrations, particularly focusing on Open Enrollment processes.
  • Collaborate with benefits providers to ensure accurate and timely data exchange.
  • Support the annual Open Enrollment cycle, ensuring all integrations are functioning correctly and data is accurate.
  • Workday Studio:
  • Utilize Workday Studio for complex integrations, custom reports, and data transformations.
  • Develop, test, and deploy integrations using Workday Studio.
  • BIRT and EIB:
  • Create and maintain reports using BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools) within Workday.
  • Utilize EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) for simple to moderate integrations and data loads.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data through regular audits and validations.
  • Collaboration and Support:
  • Work closely with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Provide post-implementation support and ongoing maintenance for integrations.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on Workday integration best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Must-Have Experience:
  • 4+ years of experience as a Workday Integration Consultant.
  • Strong experience with Workday Payroll integration, specifically using PECI.
  • Proven experience in Workday Benefits integration with a focus on Open Enrollment processes.
  • Proficiency in Workday Studio, BIRT, and EIB.
  • Additional Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining effective communication with the team.
