Position Overview:

As a Java Spring Boot Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design, development, and implementation of high-quality software solutions using Java Spring Boot technology stack. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, architects, and product managers, to deliver robust and scalable applications that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design and development of enterprise-level applications using Java Spring Boot framework.
2. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
3. Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to define technical requirements and project deliverables.
4. Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
5. Conduct code reviews and performance optimizations to ensure the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of the software.
6. Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the evolution of our technical stack and development processes.
7. Work closely with QA engineers to ensure the quality and integrity of the software through comprehensive testing.
8. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and leverage them to enhance our products and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6 + years of professional experience in Java development, with a strong focus on Spring Boot framework.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex software projects from conception to deployment.
• Deep understanding of software design principles, architectural patterns, and microservices architecture.
• Strong proficiency in database design and SQL, with experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Git, and Jenkins.
• Certifications in Java Spring Boot or related technologies (optional but preferred).
