Job Description:

· Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

· Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality parameters.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

· Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.

· Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure their requirements and expectations are met.

· Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to key stakeholders.

· Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.

· Develop risk management plans and strategies to address potential challenges.

· Implement best practices to ensure project success and minimize disruptions.

· Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field

· Proven experience (minimum 10+ years) in IT project management, with a focus on retail and ecommerce.

· Strong understanding of retail and ecommerce processes, technologies, and best practices.

· Certified Scrum Master or PMP is a plus.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

· Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.

· Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

· Solid understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies.
