Responsibilities: 

1. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key industry trends. 

2. Lead Generation: Assist in generating leads through various channels, including online research & networking events. 

3.Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their IT service needs and proposing suitable solutions. 

4. Sales Presentations:Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our IT services and address client requirements. 

5. Collaboration:Work closely with the team to coordinate efforts and contribute to the achievement of team targets. 

6. CRM Management:Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. 

7. Training: Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. 

 

Qualifications: 

1. Master degree in Master of Business Administration in Marketing, or a related field. 

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

3. Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude. 

4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. 

5. Basic understanding of IT services and industry trends is a plus. 

6. Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed. 

7. Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
