Key Responsibilities:

• Program Coordination: Plan, organize, and implement student programs, events, and activities that enhance the student experience and foster a sense of community.
• Student Support: Provide guidance and support to students, addressing their academic, social, and personal needs. Act as a liaison between students and other departments.
• Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with students through emails, newsletters, social media, and other channels to keep them informed about upcoming events, deadlines, and resources.
• Advising: Advise student organizations and clubs, helping them to comply with institutional policies.
• Outreach: Develop and implement outreach initiatives to engage a diverse student population, including underrepresented and non-traditional students.
• Resource Management: Maintain and distribute resources and materials that support student success, such as study guides, tutoring information, and mental health resources.
• Data Management: Collect and analyze data related to student participation and program effectiveness to inform future initiatives and improvements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with faculty, staff, and external partners to coordinate efforts and provide comprehensive support to students.
