Job Description

·        Book all order acceptances in ERP after sample being approved by client.

·        Monthly Sales rate updating in ERP and cost sheet.

·        Development activity including die development, fixture, gauges, and documents for new items.

·        Planning materials, schedules and coordinating up to delivery for orders.

·        Quotation and inquiry

·        Lead planning meeting and quality meeting, also maintain documentation.

·        Book OA in ERP against PO from customer along with the delivery date

·        Maintain OA file along with the customer PO.

·        Follow delivery deadline and take necessary actions to achieve the same.

·        Plan for required material to fulfil all said orders and avoid material shortage.

·        Coordinate with the production, QC & Process team on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and review the same take corrective actions as needed.
