Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across various platforms. This role involves crafting engaging content, managing social media strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and driving brand growth in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
• Identify target audiences and tailor strategies for optimal engagement.
• Stay updated on trends, platform changes, and emerging technologies.

1. Content Creation & Management

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and videographers to produce high-quality posts, videos, and stories.
• Ensure brand voice and identity are consistent across all channels.

1. Community Engagement

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews to foster positive community relations.
• Build and maintain relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.
• Handle social media crisis management, escalating issues as needed.

1. Analytics & Reporting

• Track and analyze key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.).
• Generate regular performance reports and insights for leadership.
• Use data to refine strategies and improve ROI.

1. Campaign Management

• Plan and manage social media advertising campaigns.
• Optimize ad performance using A/B testing and other analytical tools.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to integrate campaigns with broader initiatives.

1. Team Collaboration

• Work with cross-functional teams including marketing, PR, and product to align messaging.
• Train and mentor junior team members or interns on social media best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
• Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform-specific insights).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and trends.
• Experience with paid social media campaigns and influencer partnerships is a plus.
