URGENT HIRING FOR Full-stack JavaScript Developer/ Team Lead

REQUIRED :

1. Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology plus 5+ years of industry experience.

2. Having extensive experience in Agile methodology and its tools

3. Extensive knowledge of React tools such as React Native, React.js, Flux, and Redux.

4. Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks like Express.

5. Experience with database systems (RDBMS & amp; NoSQL), preferably MongoDB.

6. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks and their

nuances, including ES6+ syntax, including asynchronous programming.

7. Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks.

8. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5 and CSS5

9. REST API and web services knowledge, the document request model, and offline storage.

10. Knowledge of code versioning tools, preferably Git and SVN etc. Use Native APIs for tight integrations with both platforms - Android and iOS.

11. Ability to identify with Full stack clients; goals and commit to delivering on the promises you and your team make to them.

12. You work well in groups and enjoy working in the office with coworkers.

Roles & Responsibilities (Team Lead)

1. Disciplined self-starter able to be highly productive both working alone and in collaboration with a team.

2. Coordinate with the cross-functional teams to build apps in the stipulated time/budget.

3. Craft and maintain Statement of Work, project plans, schedules, and task

breakdowns/modules to achieve defined scopes of work.

4. Participate in sprint retrospectives and daily standups as well as two-week sprints. Utilize new, contemporary, smooth animations and transitions to provide a great user experience.

5. Design, develop and implement user interface components for JavaScript-based Mobile and web applications using React ecosystem and maintain high-quality React Native applications using clean code.

6. Familiarity with relational & NoSQL database design, programming concepts, and best practices such as code efficiency, code optimization, object-oriented programming, and commenting.

7. Plan the data and presentation layers of the application's front end. Improve front-end performance by eliminating performance bottlenecks.

8. Write automated tests to ensure error-free code and performance.

9. Diagnose and repair bugs and performance bottlenecks for native-like performance.

10. Reach out to the open-source community to encourage and assist in implementing mission-critical software fixes— moves quickly and frequently breaks things.

11. Solid verbal and written communication with excellent problem-solving skills along with good interpersonal and collaboration skills.
