Your Roles and Responsibilities
● Ability to verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records
● Maintain the daily accounts and administrative tasks
● Create and update daily MIS
● Ability to do bank-related work.
● Compile data and prepare a variety of reports
● Reconcile records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers
● TDS and GST return lings and reconciliations, and preparation of payroll
● Recommend actions to resolve discrepancies
● Perform basic OCE tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, processing mail, ling, etc.
● Maintain a database, ensuring that records are complete and current
● Record information, processing, and long forms
● Prepare checks, deposits, budgets, and financial reports
● Update ledgers, researching and resolving discrepancies
● Abide by all company procedures and accounting principles
● Respond appropriately to vendor, client, and internal requests
● Ensure the Accounting Department runs smoothly and efficiently What You’ll Need (must-haves for the role)
● At least 3 years relevant work experience in sa imilar role
● Educational qualification: B.Com/ M.Com or CA (Inter) from reputable university
● Competency in Microsoft Oce
● Proficiency in Tally and TDS software
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
● Highly organized and solution-oriented
● Detail-oriented and able to prioritize
