Ensuring the Zero line stoppages related to Fixturing , excueting the improvement projects .
Exceuting the 100% Fixture PM for the Plant , ensuring the spare availability as per min & max
Analysing problems in shop floor , action plan for reducing the downt time and increasing productivity
