Job description :
- Degree in Mechanical/Automotive/Production
- Automotive experience - 6 to 8 years. Relevant experience in Plastic Product Design min 6 years.
- Very good software proficiency - Catia V5/UG NX.
- Min 04 years experience in Tier 1/OEM Product design - Exterior/Interior system, Injection molded parts, Tooling etc. etc.
- Previously worked with Tier-1/OEM, hand-on product/assembly/tooling exposure - Added advantage.
- Experience to manage minimum 3 to 5 Engineers from last 02 years.
- Good verbal communication skills (fluency in written & English mandatory)
- Quality mindset, team motivation, leadership, ready to take new challenge, self driven, ability to drive large scale projects etc.
- Foreign language like German & French are added advantage.
