Tracking adherence of Layered Process Audit, updating abnormalities in database and escalating the same to support department

Coordinating,driving and tracking the projects through High Performance Team for developing SME(Subject Matter Expert) in different category (5'S, Safety, AM & MBF) within the cell

Co-ordinating and driving the team leader and operating engineer for implementing 5S and DOS and reviewing the same

Conducting workshops on SMED & standardize work and improve the KPIs

Conducting 5S audits in every cell to ensure adherence to the set standards

Preparing and reviewing standardised work system (SWCT, SWC)that copes with the customer requirements

Coordinating, driving and reviewing MBF(Problem Solving Methodology) projects

Implementing, tracking and reviewing JISHUKEN projects that stimulates Kaizen activities

Implementing Andon system in every cell for escalating the problem to other support department

Handling the overall development of team members through effective need based training in DOS 19 steps

Tracking & updating of cost saving projects from all departments

Conducting DOS, MBF & SMED workshops

Responsible for AHQ - R&R Pillar

Qualifications

• B. Tech / BE (Mechanical)
• 8 to 12 years experience
