Job Responsibility ASM Position
1.Responsible for managing dealer's of specific region .
2.Achieve sales and targeted market share in the assigned region as per the company business plan.
3.Initiate marketing programs/BTL activities, time to time in the assigned region along with new product launch if any.
4. Monitor customer service & complaints to achieve sales objectives and customer satisfaction.
5. Continuously work on identifying new sales opportunities and market share.
6. Timely training to dealers and dealer staff on sales process, product & CRM related activities.
7. Analyzing the gap area and help dealer in maintaining optimum inventory as per their booking and future sales forecast.
8. Manage business by monitoring each dealership in terms of viability and profitability.
9. Manage funds flow to the dealerships by way of coordinating with the Financiers for trade advances or Inventory Funding. Tie ups with Various Financiers to ensures smooth operation.
10. Reporting on sales target, Dealer performance, market Shares, Market information, sales forecast, Competitor performance, RTO approvals.
Location :- Bhopal , Indore , Varanasi , Delhi , Rajasthan , Udaipur , Bhuwaneshwar , Jharkhand , Hyderabad , Vijayawada , Hubli , Pune , Kerala , Nagpur.
