This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Associate at Knack Global. The Process Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with knowledge process outsourcing(KPO), analytical skills, and customer service.The office is located in Jaipur, India.

Process Type - Blended

Shift - Night (17:30 to 02:30 Hrs.)

Qualifications

• Customer Service experience
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Undergraduates are eligible with minimun 3 months of experience in any domain
