The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in mobile app development with a strong focus on Flutter. As a Senior Flutter Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our mobile applications, ensuring they are user-friendly, efficient, and high-quality.

Responsibilities:

Develop high-quality, efficient, and maintainable mobile applications using Flutter.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to understand project requirements and deliver outstanding user experiences.

Take ownership of the entire development cycle, from planning and design to implementation and testing.

Implement responsive and adaptive user interfaces that work seamlessly on various devices and screen sizes.

Optimize app performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure apps run smoothly on both iOS and Android platforms.

Maintain and enhance existing applications, including updates, bug fixes, and feature enhancements.

Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, Flutter updates, and best practices to continually improve development processes.

Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and code reviews.

Contribute to architectural decisions, proposing innovative solutions to complex technical problems.

Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to coding standards.

Collaborate with the back-end development team to integrate APIs and services.

Stay informed about emerging mobile technologies and make recommendations for adoption when appropriate.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in mobile app development with a strong focus on Flutter.

Strong proficiency in Dart programming language.

Proven experience with a variety of mobile application architectures and design patterns.

In-depth knowledge of mobile app development tools and libraries.

Experience with RESTful APIs and data integration.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git).

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

A portfolio of previous mobile applications developed with Flutter.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Bloc, GetX).

Experience with performance optimisation and memory management.

Familiarity with native mobile development (Java/Kotlin for Android, Swift/Objective-C for iOS).

Experience with Firebase or other cloud services.
