Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Analyst- Tester to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in either automation testing or product testing. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through thorough testing procedures.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures to ensure the quality of software products.
2. Perform manual and automated testing to identify bugs, defects, and issues in software applications.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and quality assurance team members to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
4. Participate in the design and implementation of test automation frameworks to streamline testing processes.
5. Document test results, track defects, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
6. Conduct regression testing to ensure that previously identified and resolved defects do not reoccur.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, tools, and technologies related to software testing and quality assurance.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (B.Tech/BCA/MCA or equivalent).
2. 1-3 years of experience in automation testing or product testing.
3. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
4. Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.
5. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
7. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
8. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
