We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Klocrix in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have a passion for software sales, with a proven track record of success in selling software solutions, particularly in the CRM software domain.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline, from initial contact to closure, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement.
  • Product Demonstration: Conduct effective product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our software solutions to potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, consistently striving for performance excellence.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in software sales, with a preference for experience in selling CRM software.
  • Graduation in a technical stream (BCA, BE, B.tech preferred), providing a solid understanding of technical concepts.
  • Proven track record of success in selling software solutions, with a strong ability to close deals and achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Extroverted personality with a passion for building relationships and connecting with people.
