Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Fusion 360 Trainer to join our team and provide high-quality training to individuals or groups. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching, possess advanced skills in Autodesk Fusion 360, and have a strong understanding of 3D design, modeling, and manufacturing processes. As a Fusion 360 Trainer, you will deliver hands-on instruction, guide trainees through practical applications, and ensure participants gain the knowledge and skills needed to master Fusion 360 for their respective fields.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Delivery:
• Conduct individual or group training sessions on Fusion 360 software.
• Develop and deliver engaging lessons that cover Fusion 360’s core functionalities, including sketching, 3D modeling, assemblies, rendering, and CAM processes.
• Provide practical demonstrations, interactive exercises, and real-world case studies to reinforce learning.
• Offer personalized instruction to learners at different skill levels, from beginners to advanced users.
• Course Development:
• Create and update training materials, presentations, tutorials, and documentation.
• Design and maintain structured lesson plans and curricula to meet learning objectives.
• Continuously improve the training materials based on feedback and new software updates.
• Hands-On Guidance:
• Assist trainees with hands-on projects and troubleshooting during practical exercises.
• Monitor learner progress, offer constructive feedback, and provide solutions to any challenges faced by the trainees.
• Technical Support:
• Provide technical support to trainees, resolving issues related to Fusion 360.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Fusion 360 features, updates, and industry trends to ensure training content remains current.
• Assessment and Reporting:
• Evaluate learner performance through assessments, quizzes, and project reviews.
• Provide feedback on student progress and areas for improvement.
• Maintain records of training sessions, attendance, and learner outcomes.
