Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team at KKRION CONSULTING PVT LTD (FORMERLY KNOWN AS KKM SOFT PVT LTD). As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the successful delivery of software development projects. This role requires a deep understanding of CAD, development, customization, and software development. The ideal candidate should have a Senior experience level of 7 to 10 years, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Senior-level experience of 7 to 10 years in technical project management.
• Strong knowledge and experience in CAD, development, and customization.
• Proficiency in software development methodologies and project management tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with CAD API, C#, and .NET is highly desirable.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and lead software development projects from initiation to closure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Allocate resources and ensure tasks are assigned effectively.
• Monitor project progress and identify any risks or issues that may arise.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project objectives are met.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
• Track and report project performance metrics.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Conduct regular team meetings and facilitate communication between team members.
