Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Process: Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.
2. Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals, to attract top talent.
3. Candidate Screening: Screen resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and assess candidate skills and fit for the role.
4. Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders, ensuring a seamless interview process.
5. Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate salaries, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
6. Candidate Experience: Foster a positive candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
7. Reporting and Analytics: Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and source-to-hire, and provide insights to improve the recruitment process.
Good to Have:
1. Should Have experience in Both IT & Non IT
2. Good To have Experience in construction /Engineering Field
3. Good to have Sales Hiring
4. Minimum 3+ yrs Exp
