We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Personal Secretary to join our team at Kiya Securities Private Limited. As a Personal Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our senior-level executives and managing their day-to-day schedules. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, with a junior-level experience requirement of 1 to 3 years.

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage and organize the schedules and appointments of senior-level executives

  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls, emails, and letters
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, record keeping, and data entry
  • Act as a liaison between senior executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
  • Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets and expenses
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization
