The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and demonstrate the ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities:
1) To undertake business development & marketing activities that will result in brand awareness amongst the relevant target group in the geography
2) Generate credible leads for our services in the centers & at homes of the elderly covering transitional care, palliative care & Dementia care.
Key Result areas:
To familiarize the select super specialists, senior surgeons/physicians & select hospital staff of our brand KITES Senior Care with continuous engagement resulting in their referrals.
To activate neighborhood, corporate & other relevant channels such as senior citizen clubs, senior living communities, etc to create meaningful engagements with them.
To extend support to corporate marketing in their initiatives; and
To undertake other responsibilities that may be delegated from time to time.
Qualifications
- MBA degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years' prior industry-related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
