Roles and Responsibilities

Loan Raising, Accounts Receivable Management, Finance, Budget, Cash Flow, MIS & RERA:

• To coordinate with Banks / NBFCs / Investors for raising Loans, deciphering term sheets and mortgage documents.
• Coordination with existing lenders for disbursements, MIS, etc.
• To project & control Finances, Cash Flows & MIS and to monitor company receivables including follow up with respective HODs for monthly collection targets
• Responsible for all Finance and Accounts related Quarterly and Annual RERA compliances.

Accounts, Treasury & Banking

• To ensure closure of all books of accounts / balance sheets on quarterly, half yearly and annual basis.
• To absorb the current Organizational processes, systems, controls, suggest and implement the improvements in the same.
• To Supervise, Monitor & whenever required roll up the sleeves and ensure Payables, & Receivables are functioning as per the set protocols and identify the improvement areas.
• To manage & Monitor Cash Flow on day-to-day basis.

Taxation

• To ensure all Tax compliances including direct tax, TDS, TCS, indirect taxes (GST) & RERA are met on regular basis and responding to the notices from Tax Authorities.
• To provide extensive support from accounting records, documents & relevant Rules / Clauses perspective to Tax with Tax Consultants/ Authorities on Tax Assessments / Scrutiny/ Appeals etc. and personally attend wherever required.

Team Management:

• To lead the team from the front and demonstrate by setting an example by him/her of a Work-o-holic spirit.
• To act as a facilitator to other department HODs from timely action of Payables To be abreast on Statutory tax changes & properly informing the contracts department for implementation of the same.

Desired Candidate Profile

Functional: Should have handled Finance

Accounts & Controls, Taxation Compliances

Preferred candidates _ from Real Estate Developers background.

Technical: Exposure to Tally ERP, Inv4 velocity & MS Office is must.

Behavioral: Team Management, Leadership Skills and system oriented
