Job description
We are looking for Presales Executives with some real estate experience. You may also apply if you are a fresher with good communication skills or have sales experience.
This profile will require you to speak on the phone with different clients and to get them on site. You may also have to meet these clients face to face on the developer's site.

You will be responsible for attending to inquiries generated through Digital Marketing activities and addressing their needs.
Understand the client's needs and propose an appropriate solution that suits them best
Build rapport with clients and invite them for site visits
Meet client on developer sales office and tag the client under the firm name.
You will also be coordinating with other team members to make sure clients' needs are fulfilled and no client is missed
You will be responsible for achieving the target set by the company and will be incentivized accordingly.
Required Candidate profile
Must have real estate knowledge about how the industry works
Must have drive to grow and be pro-active about work.
Someone with the ability to communicate with clients over the phone and convey information effectively to the client.
Tele-sales experience a plus.
Preferred candidates who have worked with real estate channel partner firms, banking (sales) & insurance(sales) or any other sales profile and have experience calling & building rapport over the phone
Must be willing to travel to various site locations to meet clients and show them various projects
Must have basic computer knowledge and be able to operate Excel, Word, Google sheets, etc
Must have the ability to work autonomously
Must have a strong work ethic and sense of loyalty to the company
Good verbal communication in English, Hindi and Kannada are must
