Looking for a Male Legal Assistant (Localite from Bangalore) who can help in field work and handle corporate and commercial litigations.

Experience:

2+ years of experience

Salary:

30K to 35K per month, retainer fee.

CTC Rs.3,60,000 to Rs.4,20,000

Based on the candidate past completion of one year, the performance-based incentives model will increase the CTC to Rs.6,00,000.

Probation period of 3 months.

Job Descriptions:

Due diligence and Commercial Litigation:

Main areas of practices will be in Real Estate, Commercial litigation, Commercial Court Act and negotiable instrument acts and Arbitration.

Responsibilities:

·        Should be able to research and Draft Notices, Suits, Claims, Petition and Individuals.

·        Representation before District Court, NCLT, PAN India Benches, Arbitration, Tribunals, Commercial Court, Sub-Registrar Office, Taluk Office, ect.

·        Assists the senior in evidence and arguments.

·        Drafting Commercial contracts and MOU would be a bonus.

Qualification:

·        2 to 3 years practicing lawyer before various District/Trial Court at Bangalore.

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Should be able to speak, read and write Kannada.
