Job Descriptions:

·        We are on look out for Assistant Sales Manager with an established real estate firm who are in to HI-end villas, Apartments, plots etc.

·        The basic and the most important step is to identify the need and want of the customers and effectively analysis the Problem of the client

·        To plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customer's needs and requirements.

·        To make sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing the new customers.

·        To constantly review Competitor performance and monitor their work, so that we can develop the win-win situation among all the customer.

·        To generate the Site visit report daily for professional follow up with Clients to make the booking.

·        Keep all the data regarding client details up to date with proper follow ups and co-ordinate with clients for booking process end to end.

·   Organize, Plan and Implement (real-estate) project specific sales.

- Discuss and follow-up on opportunities with prospective buyers.

- Coordinate site visit with prospective buyers and enable deal closure.

- Handle daily operations including internal company CRM tools.

- Take ownership and initiative to hone up real estate knowledge and stay up-to-date with rules regulations in the Indian real estate market.

- Maintain cordial relationships with prospective Builder and Prospective buyers and other customers of the company.

- Making available property data base of the area.

- Catering clients as per their need from the available data base by calling and personal visits. 

We are looking for:

- Candidate should have 5 to 8 years good knowledge and experience in Direct Sales Closing in Real Estate. Should possess good communication skill

- Must know English, Hindi, Kannada and Telugu.

- Should have good convincing skill and understanding the client requirements

- Should have knowledge about competitor's details for our sales competition

- Should have know and act as per the role and responsibilities
