• Greet customers and assist them with their purchases.

• Maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
• Ensure pricing accuracy by verifying product prices.
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a polite and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.
• Promote store promotions and loyalty programs to customers.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
• Follow all store policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service.

Requirements:

• Minimum educational qualification of 12th Pass or Graduation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required for freshers.
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with POS systems.
