Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Designer to join our creative team at Kilowott. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about graphic design and/or UI/UX design and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic setting. As a UI/UX Designer, you will assist in creating visual concepts that inspire, inform, and captivate our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing graphics for digital and print media including websites, social media, brochures, advertisements, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm and develop creative ideas.
• Support in creating and editing visual content using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to the creative process.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all design projects.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into designs.
• Receive and incorporate feedback from senior designers and clients.

Qualifications:

• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
• Basic understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong sense of design at the art and craft level.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Some background in digital tools like Figma.
• Familiarity with web design and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
• Understanding user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles is preferred but not mandatory.
