Seeking candidates that can onboard in 0-7 days at our Vadodara office

CTC 5 LPA


Must have prior exp with IT Recruitment.


Understand various corporate requirements from all levels and attract and recruit appropriate candidates based on Hiring manager’s expectations. Able to complete JitBit tickets on time and execute the ticket instructions as shared.

Develop recruiting strategies that meet the expected staffing needs.

Conduct preliminary interviews as part of the screening process to get information on their work history, job skills, training and education, and other basic hygiene checks need to do and inform them of the position’s duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits and working conditions.

Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications and experience of candidates.

Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews with Hiring Manager and to Seek opportunities to remove obstacles and implements complex and unique recruiting approaches

Build networks to find qualified passive candidates to include attendance at networking events on behalf of the Company

Create and maintain strong networking relationships with internal customers and external talent sources
