At least 5 years of Clarity (PPM) hands on Development/Support experience in functional modules like Project management, Timesheet management, Demand management etc

Experience in production support processes and procedures. 

Knowledge of report generation in Clarity

Troubleshooting issues related to various modules in Clarity PPM for end users

Good Knowledge of Clarity PPM tool and Clarity data model

Hands on experience on incident management and problem management in production environment
