About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow IRM Consultant to implement and enhance Integrated Risk Management solutions. This role involves working with risk, compliance and audit stakeholders to deliver end-to-end risk management processes on ServiceNow.
Requirements:
- Overall 5+ and Minimum 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow IRM/IRC implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of risk and compliance methodologies.
- Proficient in ServiceNow scripting and automation.
- Experience working in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare etc. is a plus.
- Design and implement ServiceNow IRM modules such as Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management and Vendor Risk.
- Develop risk workflows, controls, indicators and scoring models.
- Support integrations with external GRC tools and data sources.
- Customize dashboards and reporting for risk posture visibility.
- Ensure adherence to industry frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, etc.
- Must have ServiceNow IRM Implementation Specialist certification.
