Mandatory Skills - SAP IBP, Response & supply Module 

CTC =OPEN (upto 35 LPA)

Location: Chakan, Pune

Work mode: Hybrid (at least 2-3 days/week)

Role: SAP IBP Response & Supply Designer

We are looking for all rounded resource for SCM team who is:

Primarily with an SAP IBP experience on implementation in setting up the entire flow of production planning especially on ETO or CTO business scenarios.

• With hands-on configuration and implementation experience primarily in IBP Response & supply Module and other modules such as:

- Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)

- Forecasting and Demand Management

- Inventory Planning & Optimization 

And with secondary experience as Senior APO PP/DS designer

- Hands-on experience in full implementation projects as APO/SCM designer. 

• Candidate must have experience in setting up or configuration of the entire flow from Production planning especially on ETO scenarios, Materials Management and/or Quality Management.

• Knowledge in MRP, Variant Configuration, Engineering Change Management and Product Modelling in ETO environment is a Must.

• Good understanding of APO and PP integration flow to with other SAP modules.

• Documents proof of concept system set ups together with SMEs.

• Documents issues found and solutions made.

• Provides support to business in each phase acting as back up to SMEs

• Capture requirements from business stakeholders.

• Able to work in fast pace, demanding and agile environment

• Implementation experience and understanding of Configure to order and/or Engineer to order process and ECC Solution

Must Have skillset - Order of Prioritization

1 At least 2-3 implementations of IBP platforms in manufacturing environments with any of the modules/functions mention above.

2 All round expert that has experience of full CTO and or ETO process flows.

3 Strong integration working experience with other SAP modules

4 Strong communication skills both verbal and in writing are important as the work requires integration with colleagues, users and business partners all around the world

5 Good to have inside information in SAP roadmaps for the platform
