Role:SF Tech. Lead

Location:Pune, Ranchi,Bangalore

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and technical leadership, with in-depth knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations.
• Strong experience in architecting scalable and secure Salesforce solutions, with proven success in delivering complex technical projects.
• Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and platform capabilities, with a deep understanding of platform limitations and opportunities.
• Extensive hands-on experience with API integration tools such as REST, SOAP, and Mulesoft.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage resources, and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of efficiently resolving complex technical challenges.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Salesforce Platform Developer II are highly preferred.
• Experience with implementing DevOps processes, including continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with global teams and stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of Financial Services Cloud and/or Health Cloud will be an added advantage.
