·       Experience with creating, managing, debugging APEX triggers and use of SOQL queries.

·       Direct experience seamlessly integrating Salesforce with both internal and external partner systems.

·       Deep understanding of Salesforce security models – especially around the shift toward leveraging permission sets instead of profiles for user authorization.

·       Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality – and the ability to articulate and enforce them.

·       Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.org and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes user adoption.

·       Ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
