Should have 4 to 6 years of Oracle HCM cloud with at least 2 end to end implementation experience, Technical professional who understands solutions, industry best practices, well coordination with the clients, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family

1.     In-depth understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud business process on Core HR and Absences and their data flow.

2.     Expected to have good articulation and presentation skills in both verbal and written

3.     The candidate must have configuration expertise on the below modules/tools/scripts:

·       Expert in Fast Formulas on WFA & Absences

·       Expert in Oracle HCM SQLs

·       Reports Development (BIP & OTBI)

·     Interface Development – HCM Extracts
