Job Summary: The NOC Monitoring L3 Support role provides advanced network and system monitoring, handling escalated issues, and proactively ensuring network stability. This position requires in-depth technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents, as well as collaborating with other IT teams to address recurring issues.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Manage escalated incidents from the L2 team, performing in-depth troubleshooting of network, server, and application issues.

·       Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and recommend improvements to reduce downtime.

·       Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to resolve complex issues.

·       Implement changes and upgrades as per change management procedures.

·       Develop and maintain monitoring best practices, including alert thresholds and incident response guidelines.

·       Provide guidance and support to L2 team members, including technical coaching and process improvement suggestions.

·       Create detailed reports on system health, incidents, and performance metrics for management review.

Skills & Qualifications:

·       Strong knowledge of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF), firewall configurations, and troubleshooting.

·       Proficiency in network monitoring and management tools (e.g., Splunk, SolarWinds, Zabbix).

·        Experience with ITIL processes, incident management, and ticketing systems.

·       Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

·       Advanced English proficiency for clear communication with global teams.

·       Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are preferred.

·       Flexibility to work in rotating shifts and manage on-call responsibilities.
